FIN HANLON
DIRECTOR & CINEMATOGRAPHER
Based in Norwich, East Anglia, & London, Fin has a background in filming for 10 years, starting out covering local theatre productions and the arts in Norwich. He has always had a fascination in the production process of film since childhood, taking every opportunity to pursue his passion for it. He studied and graduated in Film & Moving Image Production at Norwich University of the Arts, working on numerous shorts and documentary projects across four years, specialising in cinematography in his final year. Fin has always followed his own projects with the ambition of taking them into the professional field.
He has progressed further into the industry in a freelance capacity, working as a videographer for businesses and brands, and also as a contractor for filming events around the UK, Europe, and South Africa since 2021. Fin has founded Film Kinetics in order to connect further with clients and other freelancers in the industry.
FRANCIS PESQUERA
CINEMATOGRAPHER & EDITOR
Based in Cambridge and London, Francis has been involved in an eclectic range of film work, credited in narrative fiction, documentary, corporate/social media content and most recently, in high-end productions for Lucasfilm and Sony Pictures. Like many others, he has had a passion for the creative arts since his youth, which stemmed from creating action shorts with his family and friends. Francis explored this creative hobby throughout his years; from submitting shorts to film festivals, finding freelance work, as well as becoming a BFI Film Academy alumni, he was able to hone his craft to a professional level.
Upon graduating from Film & Moving Image Production in Norwich University of the Arts, Francis has been embarking on the creation of new passion projects, exploring freelancing opportunities as a cinematographer, and working in high-end film productions in order to grow his connections and provide professional work to clients and creators alike.
SAM LLOYD
AUDIO PRODUCTION SPECIALIST
Based in the North-West of England, Sam is an audio production specialist with an extensive background in filmmaking, audio, and customer service, having worked in the retail sector for over 5 years, and since turning his love of filmmaking into his career, he always brings together his people skills and creativity into each project. Sam graduated from Norwich University of the Arts with a first-class honours specialised in sound production for film, where he then developed his craft further whilst studying under the ‘Audio Post Essentials’ course at 344 Audio Manchester.
Since then, working as a professional freelancer for a number of years, he has gained experience across all aspects of audio production for short-form content. Sam has recently joined Film Kinetics in order to hone his craft, meet new creatives, and provide professional audio solutions to clients seeking to add creative flair to their branded content.
